Domestic Orders:
Domestic Orders will ship US Priority Mail. All shipping rates are calculated at the time of purchase. If the price of your package exceeds the price limit for the USPS, you will be notified prior to your order shipped via email of the shipping rate. All orders will be processed for shipping by 12 pm the next business day if orders are placed by 12 pm. EST. Orders placed on weekdays ship within 1-2 business days; orders placed on a weekend day ship on the first or second business day as long as: 1. You have a valid US Postal Service verified address 2. Your credit card is valid, and you give us the correct billing address that matches the card, and your payment is approved. If there is any problem with the information you provide when purchasing from us, we will contact you ASAP, but your package may get delayed. International Orders:
International Orders will ship United States Postal Service Global Priority Mail. All shipping for international orders will be calculated at the time of purchase. IF the weight of your package exceeds the price limit for the USPS, you will be notified via email of the rate prior to orders shipped internationally. All international orders will be processed for shipping by 12 p.m. the following business day if orders are placed by 12 p.m., EST. International orders should arrive withing 6-14 business days. Returns
I am confident you will love anything you buy from me, however, if for any reason you feel you want to return an item, I will be glad to issue a full refund (less shipping) to you within 14 days of the original purchase date. Any returned item should be shipped in original condition, and packaged in original package material with a packing slip enclosed. After 14 days, no returns will be accepted, unless the order in question was placed in December for the holiday gift giving. These items may be returned by the gift giver or exchanged by the gift receiver for a 2 week period after December 25th.

I make every effort to photograph and describe my jewelry pieces accurately. If you have any questions or concerns regarding size and scale, please contact me before ordering.
Re-sizing/Repair
I take pride in the quality of every piece I make in my studio and I will be very happy to restring, resize and otherwise repair any piece you bought from me. Please contact me by email with your particular issue. Nominal charges may apply depending on the nature of repairs.
